I get asked all the time since the remodel, where did I find all this mid-century modern decor. The answer is a little more complicated to just one place so I will break down a little of what I found and how I put it all together to make our rooms retro fabulous, yet modern. I will add links in the bottom so you can go and find the products yourself to tailor the look for your own mid-century modern revival at home or work. The first thing I did was pick out the flooring and paint colors I wanted to go with.

• The flooring is an EVP from LL Flooring. Now why an EVP? Well, being a motor-inn there is a lot of foot traffic, luggage dragging, kid jumping, drink spilling, and general cleaning so a waterproof, scratch proof flooring was a must! It was very reasonable on cost, and easy to install. So, if any of these items are an issue in your home, you should get this flooring. I highly recommend it!
• The paint we got at Home Depot and if you know me at all, it's go big with the color or go home. Now this is not everyone's cup of tea, but honestly nothing in the hospitality industry is. I decided I wanted it to feel like you're walking into the 1950's with the bright colors and blocking style wall painting. You can mute these colors down for your own space, I recommend researching online and find a painting or piece or retro furniture you love and start with those colors.
